Video Library

The Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program’s Video Library contains videos which provide consumers with a resource for obtaining information about DDTP and its two components – California Telephone Access Program (CTAP) and California Relay Service (CRS). The video library will be periodically updated. Please check back for updates.

Videos are available in Macintosh (QuickTime Player) and PC (Windows Media Player and Real Player). Please see the links below to download the latest media players to view the videos.

Languages

Videos are available in multiple languages including: English, Spanish, Chinese, and American Sign Language (ASL). Videos may also be available with captions or in text mode. Text mode (a transcript of the videos) is available in English or Spanish.
