[The Chair will discuss any comments from the Commissioners or from the Communications Division. The Chair may also discuss any current administrative matters impacting the Committee, including TADDAC’s review of equipment recommendations made by EPAC.]

[Members of the public will provide input to the Committee.]

VII.          ClearSounds Presentation

[Representatives from ClearSounds will present information on their latest equipment and demonstrate their devices to the Committee.]

VIII.          Discussion of a Wireless Program

[The CPUC will open the discussion with an overview and update of the launching of a wireless program through the DDTP.  EPAC will discuss the process and develop implementation plans for wireless devices into the DDTP using the dual requirement of lifeline and CTAP certification.]

  IX.          EPAC Offsite meeting in Victorville, CA.

[Committee members will develop an agenda and discuss plans for the offsite meeting.  The Committee Team will update the Committee of progress made.]

   X.          Election of Officers

[The Committee will elect a new Chairperson and Vice-Chair.]

  XI.          Upcoming Seat Vacancy

[The Committee will discuss the expiring term of the Hard of Hearing Seat representative and develop plans for the application process.]

XII.          Future Meetings and Locations

[The Committee will discuss any future meetings, calendar changes, and meeting locations.]
