I. Welcome and Introduction of Committee Members and Guests
- Kathleen Barrett, TADDAC Chair (10:00 – 10:10)

II. Welcome and Remarks from the Communications Division - (10:10 – 10:15)
[A representative of the Commission’s Communications Division will welcome the Committee members and guests.]

III. Introduction of CCAF Headquarters Staff (10:15 – 10:30)
[CCAF employees working in the DDTP main office will be introduced and provide a brief description of their roles.]

IV. FCC’s National Broadband Plan- Helen Mickiewicz, CPUC Legal Division (10:30 – 11: 15)
[Helen Mickiewicz from the CPUC’s Legal Division will present an overview of the FCC’s recently released National Broadband Plan.]

V. Discussion on the Wireless Proposal- Ann Ruth, EPAC Chair (11:15 – 12:00)
[EPAC will lead the discussion and generate plans for the development of a proposal to the CPUC requesting that wireless adaptive devices become a permanent part of the DDTP and to eliminate the LifeLine eligibility requirement of the application process.]

VI. Lunch Break (12:00 – 1:00)

VII. Public Input (1:00 – 1:10)
[Members of the public will provide input to the Committees.]

VIII. EPAC report on Underserved Counties in CA- Ann Ruth and Loretta Moore (1:10 – 1:30)
[EPAC will present the findings of their research of the Underserved or Unserved populations throughout California.]

IX. Discussion with OneWorld Communications (1:30 – 2:15)
[Representatives from OneWorld Communications will present and engage in a discussion with the Committees to help develop marketing and outreach plans for the DDTP.]

X. Individual Committee Meetings (2:15 – 3:00)
[The two committees will meet individually to cover any discussion relating to the individual committees’ ongoing business items.]

XI. Joint Discussion of the Budget “Must Have” Proposal- Nancy Hammons and Patrick Boudreault (3:00 – 3:45)
[The two committees will participate in a facilitated session to discuss the items to be included in the Budget Proposal “Must Have” list for the FY 2011-2012 to the CPUC.]
