Are you ready to get equipment? You can easily visit with a member of the CTAP Service Center staff who can help assess your needs. It’s also a chance for you to get hands-on experience with different phone equipment and services before making a final selection.

CTAP Service Centers are located throughout California. All CTAP Service Centers are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm,
With the exception of the
Redding CTAP Service Center,
Salinas CTAP Service Office, and
Santa Barbara CTAP Service Offices,
- *The Redding CTAP Service Center has limited hours: 2nd Wednesday and 2nd Thursday of each month, 10 AM – 4 PM, excluding holidays.
- **The Salinas CTAP Service Office, housed in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Service Center, has limited hours: 2nd Friday of each month, 10 AM – 11:30 AM (closed 11:30 AM –1 PM) and 1 PM – 3 PM, excluding holidays.
- ***The Santa Barbara CTAP Service Office, housed in the Independent Living Center, has limited hours: 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, 9 AM – 12 PM (closed noon – 1 PM) and 1 PM – 3 PM, excluding holidays.
