Video Library

The Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program’s Video Library contains videos which provide consumers with a resource for obtaining information about DDTP and its two components – California Telephone Access Program (CTAP) and California Relay Service (CRS). The video library will be periodically updated. Please check back for updates. 

Languages

Videos are available in multiple languages including: English, Spanish, Chinese, and American Sign Language (ASL). Videos may also be available with captions.
