  • Equipment stops working or malfunctions
  • Disability certification changes

Equipment Repair and Exchange Policy: If you are having problems with your equipment, please get in touch with the Contact Center, or visit a Service Center. If you wish to bring back your equipment for repair or return, please include all original parts. This may help to identify the problem.
